Freight
All wood is sold FOB Ava, MO. Freight costs are not
included in pricing but we do offer quotes for you convenience.
Due to the changes in fuel costs, a quoted price might not
necessarily be what the cost actually is at date of shipment.
Freight costs are non-refundable except in case of Freight loss.
After goods have been delivered to carrier, Buyer shall bear all
risks of loss if there are any freight claims.
Order Cancellation
Orders cancelled prior to manufacture and shipping can be
cancelled without penalty. Once an order has entered the
manufacturing process or has been loaded out for shipment, you
will be assessed a restocking fee and freight fees.
Custom products including millwork and stair parts, custom
flooring and hardwood lumber that is surfaced or ripped cannot
be cancelled after production has begun.
Orders cancelled after manufactured and/or shipment are
subject to a 20% restocking fee and actual freight costs for both
the outbound and return freight.
Returns
Returns will be allowed only with a 20% restocking fee and
only at the buyers sole risk and expense. No credit or refund of
monies will be given until such product is actually received in the
same condition as it was originally delivered. Returns need to be
approved by management of Twin Oaks Mill, Inc. Custom
orders are not able to be returned.
Return or refused shipments without prior consent of Twin
Oaks are unauthorized returns and are subject to 20% restocking
fee and all freight charges(outbound and inbound). Credit of
funds will reflect these charges and an itemized statement will be
sent to customer along with the balance of funds owed.
